What schools would you guys recommend? UVA, UNC Chapel Hill, Virgina Tech, Clemson, Penn State, Ohio State, George Washington? UMD College Park is my top choice though

At my school, 114/196 students were accepted to UMD last year with average uw: 3.6 weighted: 4.27 sat: 1351

*also, my sister currents attends UMD honors college, will this help my chances?
*
will the heavy EC’s help balance out low unweighted gpa?

I think you’ll get into UMD College Park, which you indicated is your top choice. You might even get into the UMD Honors College. UVA would be a stretch, but the others you will probably get accepted.
