Which colleges do you want to be chanced for?

what are your chances to what? UCSB? I think, especially with you being in state, you’ll almost certainly get into UCSB even with those low test scores.

He’s already been admitted to UCSB. Chancellor’s Reception is basically them telling you you have been admitted.

I want to be chanced for UCLA, UCB, Cal Poly, BU, and NYU, sorry about omitting that important piece

UCLA: Waitlisted/Probably Accepted
UCB: Waitlisted/Probably Rejected
Cal Poly: Accepted
BU: Accepted
NYU: Rejected

Your scores are pretty solid. Your rank is solid as well. Your English SAT hurt your composite a little bit, especially for these universities. Same applies for SAT English. However, seeing that you were able to keep your scores up with Math plays to your advantage, so good job on that.

Please note that the results I entitled you with are based on previous acceptances and rejections to the esteemed institutions you listed. There’s still a solid chance to get into UCB and NYU, but this analysis is just my own viewpoint. Best of luck with everything!
