Course rigor: took 10 AP classes so far, will have 16 by the end of HS, took AP calc a year earlier than all of my grade
ECs: I don’t want to give out specifics for privacy reasons

    Summer: volunteering at the hospital, taking classes, I interned in a genetics lab at Emory

    Essays were 7-8/10, Recs were 10/10

As an Asian, all of your stats are rather low; however, being a female in STEM does increase your chances in BME. Your GPA is really high, and try to make your essay better if you haven’t applied early action.

@Oceaman should I try to switch my major to business (a less competitive major at tech)? I already submitted my application.

Apply to the College of Engineering, and to their Women In Engineering program as that will increase your chances of admission.
