Lehigh is a school where the chances of admission vary greatly, depending on whether you apply ED or RD. You didn’t specify which route you were planning to take.

Lehigh makes particularly heavy use of ED. For Fall 2017, they filled a majority of the entering class (52%) via ED, and the acceptance rate was a generous 60%. My guess is that your chances at Lehigh would be good, if you applied ED. The GPA is low, but they would like your test scores.

In contrast, the acceptance rate by RD was only 22% for Fall 2017. My guess is that your chances at Lehigh would not be good if you applied RD. There would be too many other applicants with comparable test scores and higher GPA. I’ve heard that the RD acceptance rate actually dipped below 20% for Fall 2018, but those numbers aren’t officially available yet.
