crap shot. your test scores are on the lower side, especially for the class of 2012 (assuming you are applying for this class)...and your activities are not amazing. but who knows. write killer essays that show your passion and make you your recommendations are meaningful.

"your test scores are on the lower side, especially for the class of 2012 "
---what do you mean by esp. for the class of 2012 though?? Is the 2012 class batch better than other years??

yeah...I don't know why there are so many at this point in the application cycle. All the apps are in and it's almost time for decisions....so what's the point of adding more anxiety to an already stressful process???

oh, i should have said the expected SAT scores for the class of 2012 (and if past trends are any indicator, they should go up from the class of 2011). :)

Well, I promised myself that I wouldn't post a chance thread, but I eventually succumbed to it and it actually made me feel better. I'm not sure why. I think talking about it and not being in the dark just makes you more relaxed. It has no objective value, just being worried and impatient.

The OP has an okay chance of getting accepted. It's better than most. (Is that 1500/2400? What the...)

OP here, I did not include my writing or english because I did absolutely horrible on it. I got a 23 on the English part and a 21 on the combined English/ writing section. I know that my activites are not that great. I have been dealing with health issues. I posted a chance thread because the wait is driving me crazy. I only applied to four schools. I heard back from my safety. The other three are not until March-April.
