<p>I can tell you I believe ucd under most majors, does not accept students who are lower division transfers. However uci does. And ucsc too.</p>
<p>actually UCD accepts very few lower division transfers and only for the college of ag. i think your gpa would have to be higher, considering the website says "superior grades."</p>
