i know hella bad but i go to hella competitive public school, (so i didnt get ELC) ranked in the top 100 schools in the usa. The teachers are stubborn and i incorporated this in my personal statement, which i believe is decent. Just messed up my sophmore year is all…</p>

<p>That GPA is really low, even for a more competitive school when the average for most of the UCs is over 4.0</p>

Match: UCSC, maybe UCSB
Reach: Davis, Irvine, San Diego</p>

<p>If you can provide a good reason for your low grades sophomore year then that might help you.</p>
