Ahh, sorry i’m not familiar with the GPA scale being set up as so? Whats your converted score on a 4.0 scale? but despite that, your ACTs are strong and so are your EC & service hours. Temple should be a safety for you X_X but,
UPenn: Reach, just because it is sooo competitive.
Cornell: Low Reach
UVA: maybe match?
Babson: match
Binghamton: match
Temple: safety
Tufts: match
Rochester: ?? not exactly sure

UPenn: reach but you have a chance
Cornell University - match or low reach
University of Virginia - match
Babson - match
Binghamton - match
Temple - safety
Tufts - math or low reach

UVA: reach
Babson: Match
Binghamton: Safety

Tufts: reach
Rochester: Match

every one you plan to apply to is a match except for Upenn and cornell ( better chance than penn though)… i would say uva is 70~80% chance and cornell is 50-50… penn is just gonna be luck of the draw…

You seem to be a very standard applicant to top universities, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing since it means that you’re decently competitive for all of your schools. I don’t know how much you’ll stand out though, but good essays and recs should be more than enough to give you a good chance for most if not all of your schools. Plus, you have a very balanced college list, and you will no doubt end up somewhere you deserve. Good Luck!
