Chance of getting into Honors Program?

<p>I got accepted into NC State for ME intent on dec 15 and recently got invited to apply to the Honors Program. Right now I have no idea if I have any chance of being accepted. Is there anyone out there who knows how competitive it is to get in and maybe what kind of SAT scores, QPA/GPA, etc. of students who got accepted? Plus what my chances are?</p>

<p>I got a 2000 SAT Score (1350 math/reading)
3.75 unweighted gpa
I've basically taken all honors in high school. This year I have AP Physics, AP Calc, AP psych, Honors Meteorology as my most important
I'm on my schools lacrosse team and swim team, volunteer firefighter, play piano, can fly a plane, and have had 4 different job experiences
I'm out of state and white</p>

<p>I think once you get the invite to apply the main decision criteria is the honors ap with essay.</p>

<p>I’m going to write this essay assuming that it’s the most important factor, although I don’t know how much they consider SAT scores (2130, 1480). I really hope I make it in.</p>
