Well I have a 3.3 unweighted Gpa (my school doesnt weigh grades) I've taken pretty rigorous courses, almost all of them at the advanced level with the exception of english. I've taken only 1 ap (US History) and am taking 3 right now (Spanish, English Lit, European History). I got a 690 on c.r, 530 on math, and 650 taking the highestt subscores. Ive taken two sat II, US History: 800 and World History: 740. Ive done many extracurriculars in my school, im president and captain of my schools academic challenge team( a jeopardy style academic game) and hold leadership positions in 2 other clubs. I have 205 documented hours of community service (but it would be like 300 but my school doesnt count tutoring/helping out family members and my mom's shop becuz i never got a teacher involved) I'm also hispanic and a first college generation. So do i have a chance of getting into wash u in st. louis or tufts?`

I'm also from New York and go to a public high school and a guy

honestly your gpa and your scores are low for both schools.

pretty low chance due to scores, sorry

Your GPA and scores are low, but your race and great extracurriculars might make up for that if you write some amazing essays. Good luck!
