chance of rutgers scholarship

<p>i know that rutgers offers scholarship based soley on standardized test scores and gpa. Their website says that one needs a 1950/2400 to be considered for scholarship.</p>

<p>I received a 1290/1600 and 1930/2400 on my SATS. my gpa is 3.8 w. Is there any chance that I can be considered for a scholarship even though i missed the cutoff?</p>

<p>you MAY receive 2,500 a year scarlet award but this year rutgers is very stingy with scholarships</p>
