<p>I have a 1920 combined SAT and a 3.7 cumulative weighted GPA. Also, I have progressed from a 3.35 freshman year to a 4.22 my senior year so far so there is an evident trend of progression. I'm taking 3 AP's this year and 1 Honors. Involved in plenty of EC's. In 15th percentile in my graduating class. What are my chances and should I apply for the Rutgers Scarlet Scholarship? Below are the details from the Rutgers website:</p>

-Strength of the student's academic program (evidenced by the number of academic, honors or advanced placement courses completed)
-SAT and/or ACT scores</p>
<p>Under "To be considered" on Rutgers scholarships page for this scholarship:</p>
<p>"Competitive academic credentials, minimum combined SAT score of 1950 or 30 ACT score. Please file the FAFSA by February 15 to be considered for additional Dean's scholarships to enhance the award amount. Renewable with a minimum 3.0 grade-point average and offered for a total of four years."</p>
