Chance please :)

Hi everyone! My safeties are U of Michigan and U of Wisconsin, and for now my two main targets/stretches are Boston College, Northwestern, NYU and Georgetown. I'm also applying to Harvard, Yale, Stanford, Columbia, Brown and Dartmouth, and I really don't know what sort of chance I have there. If anyone can specifically help me with my chances for Yale SCEA, I'd really appreciate it! Thanks!!

I plan on continuing to participate in all my EC's next year.

Also my SAT II scores are only decent, and I haven't taken the regular SAT. Is it worth taking, or should I not send SAT scores and only do ACT? (For the schools where I have that option)

Thanks again, I appreciate it!!

You seem to be well prepared., great grades, good ACT (do you want to retake?) and good EC’S.
If you write good essays(rescue mission would be great hook) i see no point why you dont get into one of your reaches although its always hard to say for HYPSM

Chance Back?

http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/745578-what-colleges-should-asian-germany-look-chance-back.html

Thanks Germanviet! I don’t think I’ll take the ACT again, I got a 33 twice and while the score isn’t great, I don’t think it will be the reason I’m rejected should I be denied from HYS.

One thing I forgot to mention was foreign language- I’ve taken Spanish since fourth grade and will take Spanish 5 AP next year.

You have a very good idea of where your stats/ECs will allow you to go. HYS and the others are reaches but they are not impossible – write some good essays and interview well; you have a chance. Good luck!

Thanks welles! I do have a general idea for Northwestern and of course the Ivies are reaches, but for BC and Georgetown etc I have no idea so I appreciate it :)
