to keep this short, here's the quick run down!:
+i'm a korean female.
+gpa: ~3.7+ (my school doesn't weight)
+sat: 1730 (retaking. hoping to break 2000... in reality... MAYBE 1900)
+sat2: will take soon.
+rank: 50/450+ (<- im not sure exactly. somewhere around there)
+at the end of this senior year i'll have taken 7 APs.
+i have a fair amount of EC & leadership positions in and out of school.
+a few awards.
+i've also been recently diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and i've had to miss a lot of school last year which caused my grades to be "not-as-optimal." it's also prevented me from joining some sports and it's also kept me from taking on more APs for my senior year because i know i'll be missing some more days (surgery) and it was sooo hard last year catching up with my coursework... >_<. planning on mentioning this in the "additional info" sections.

i was thinking (assuming my SATs go up):
reaaaaaaaaach: barnard, uva (out of state), swarthmore
match: gw, trinity, bu (out of state)
backup: UD (instate), baylor, liberty

but i have no idea what to think... i'm so clueless >_<.
what do you guys think?

and with GW... i'm interested in int'l affairs... the whole elliot school thing...? it's harder to get into elliot school than arts&sciences, right? if i were to apply elliot school and got rejected does that mean i can't try for arts&sciences? T_____T;;
