I think I have a GPA between 3.9 and 4.1 but I'm not really sure how that's calculated so I'll just say 96.4%. By the time I graduate I will have completed 10 honors classes (6 of which are AP classes). My PSAT scores were 550 verbal 640 math and 560 writing. I recently got my SAT scores back, 540 verbal 560 math 560 writing (disappointing but I know I'll do better next time). I'm an sctive member in concert band, jazz band, marching band, pep band, brass ensemble, National Honor Society, Music Honor society, FBLA, played Basketball freshman and sophomore year, play recreational soccer, volunteer in special needs sports league, math tutor. Head alter server at church, section leader in low brass of marching band, section leader of trombones in Jazz band, most likely will be drum major this upcoming season, and most likely will hold officer position in music honor society next year.

My top school is Lehigh but I'm also looking at Lafayette, Penn State, Syracuse, university of Delaware
I haven't done much research but maybe Villanova, bucknell, Pittsburg

So I guess my question is what are my chances at these schools and why are some other schools in the northeast with good engineering programs? I want to major in civil engineering so don't tell me Rochester because they don't offer that major.
