vassar or chicago???

Chicago! forgot to change that:)

Your SAT is great but your GPA is going to cause some worries. It looks like your academically challenging yourself with AP’s and college courses so that’s good! For music, if you’re not at an All-State level or higher or haven’t won a similarly pretigious distinction, it generally won’t mean much except for the fact that you participated. Do you ahve notable piano distinctions that would be recognizable to an admissions counselor? Your EC’s don’t really stand out…although the Fermilab on-call thing is cool! Your projects that you intend to do as well as your EC’s confuse me as to what your focus/aspirations are.

If you write stellar essays, I think you have a chance. Applying early always helps as well. But at this point, I think the biggest thing your application needs is more focus. If it was more focused, you’d have a much better shot.

Sa0209: I’m going to submit a supplement of my playing piano, and I’m participating in the Chopin piano competition in September. Oh the project’s that I "intend’ to do, are things I’m focusing now, as I want to help my community:) What should I do for more focus? I look forward to any advice you have!

The International Chopin Competition in Poland???
