ChanceMe 2022 FSU UF (Asking if I'm on an Ok track)

Disclaimer: I know it’s really annoying, but I just want to know how I can do more and something I’m missing.
Demographics: White Jewish Male currently a Junior

Intended Major: Biochemistry/Physical Chemistry

Academics:
Recalculated Weighted GPA: 4.1
ACT: 28, but retaking a few more times
SAT: taking in January
Projected to take 14 total APs: World B Euro B Seminar A Biology B Chemistry A Research A US History B English Lang B
AP Lit AP Physics C AP Calc AB AP Stats AP Gov/Macro

Extracurriculars:
Science Honors Society: Tutoring those who struggle in Chemistry, Biology, and Physics. (3 years)
Social Studies Honor Society: (3 Years)
National Honor Society: Head tutor that created a program that provides ACT/SAT Tutoring for low income families. (1 year)
Political Science Club Corresponding Secretary: Organized promotion of voting in our school, mock elections, along with several presentations on the importance of voting (something I take a large passion for.)
Friendship Circle: Interned for a summer camp that helps special needs children perform everyday activities such as shopping at a grocery store etc.( 3 months)
Taekwondo/Krav Maga: I did Taekwondo for 6 years until 9th and obtained awards, a black belt, and trophies, and then started over by doing Krav Maga for 2 years.
My favorite extracurricular: Tutoring students at my local religious jewish schools who have severe learning disabilities, along with my sister, who attends the school, I work hard with her to make sure she gets the best grades possible and the possibility of attending college.

175 community service hours total. Obtaining more.

Schools: FSU UF

Questions: Obtained many Bs throughout highschool but not that many As, partly because I took many APs, is it okay that my GPA is slightly lower than the 50 percentile of the school.
