Chances and suggestions at other colleges for 3.9x GPA student?

Long time lurker here but this is my first post.

I'm currently an undergraduate Canadian student at Wayne State U (pretty much a large commuter public research university in DT Detroit that has only been heard of in-state). I'm looking to transfer directly into other business schools. I know schools like UMich and UWisconsin have fantastic b-schools but they are another admissions process after doing a semester or two of work there - I think it's a bit risky b/c I'm stuck in liberal arts if I don't get into the b-school. So please recommend some other colleges as well for me to look at. So here are my stats:

-Will be full-pay. I thank my parents everyday for paying my college tuiton. Talked to them already and they are financially able to support me at a 40-50k/year college. No need for FA.

-Looking to major in Finance or Operations/Supply Chain Management

-Male Mixed Ethnicity - Caucasian/Asian

College Work:
-Total of 55 credits awarded so far (8 credits are from my IB diploma) from 3 semesters of work
-3.91 GPA for all college work (From September 2010-Current)
-Fall 2011 semester was 4.0 GPA with 5 classes/15 credits (Financial Accounting, Org. Behavior, Business Law, Upper Level Composition Writing (Composition II), and a German Culture/History course.
-Other major courses I've done to name a few is Calc I, Micro/Macro Econs,
-I haven't done Stats yet nor a computer class.
-Have 2 great recommendations letters from my accounting prof and freshman psych TA.
-I haven't been active in extra-currics though. However, I do crew in the summer at a competitive level. I'm not collegiate varsity material but I could probably be pretty competitive in a collegiate club level

High School- I know they don't look at it much
-Worked a year after H.S. graduation. I didn't know what I wanted at the time. Worked at auto repair garage for 3 months, doctor's office for 2 and a pharmacy for 6 months
-I.B. Diploma awarded with total score of 27 (I know its a bit low-Awful score on EE and TOK essays). 5 in HL History, 5 SL Math and 5 in HL English, 3 in HL Chem
-We also have an Ontario high school transcript, this is separate from IB Diploma. Really bad - 70's or so average b/c my teachers were biased towards me and my school had huge grade deflation.
- Was a top 10 provincial track athlete. Spent a lot of time at the track year round.
-ACT Scores - took it twice with a 27 score. Superscored would be 29. I got 32 on my math portion of ACT.

I was admitted last fall into a Southern Ivy b-school, Boston U, and Fordham but chose not to go. I won't name all of the schools because it would be quite easy to identify who I am. This time around I was looking at these schools. I was also hoping for more suggestions as well.

I was looking at:
Georgetown
Boston College
University of Southern California
Cornell ILR - I'm thinking to not even apply because of an unspectacular H.S. record
Villanova

Thanks and I hope everyone has a great 2012.

bump!!!
