chances and suggestions

Hi, I'm a freshman at a small, rural, liberal arts college in PA. I'm looking to transfer for Fall '08 to a more competitive, urban, and larger school. My last thread I started didn't get too many responses and I think that was because people didn't know how colleges react to transfers. With that in mind, I had a high school GPA of around 2.8 and a college GPA right now of 4.0. So lets just say I am a high school student with a GPA from around 3.2 to 3.6 and I have done good amount of volunteer work.

Schools I'm interested in:
-Villanova(reach)
-Boston Universit(reach)
-Loyola(reach)
-Fordham(reach)
-Northeastern(match)
-St. Joes(safety)

Do you guys agree with the way I ranked those schools in order of my chances getting in? Also, do you have any good suggestions for schools I might apply to? I'm really looking for a school thats within an hour of Balti, Phila, NYC, or Boston. Thanks in advance =)

I'd cut a couple of those reaches, and exchange them for matches or safeties.

How about Emmanuel? Goucher?

I've never really heard much about Emmanuel. Does it have a good reputation? And I looked at Goucher when I was in high school and I didn't like it but that just reminded me of Towson which maybe would be a school I'd apply too :D. Really I was hoping that my 4.0 atm in college would outweigh my poor high school GPA quite a bit to give me a pretty good chance at these schools. I put most schools under reach but I think that only one is a far reach and that is Villanova...do you have any other suggestions for larger schools that have more of a reputation? I appreciate the response =]
