Chances as a Northern VA Junior?

SAT: 1960
Composite SAT: 2000 (740 M, 640 CR, 620 W)
GPA: 4.01 W Cumulative, but for the first semester this year I had a 4.44 W and that will most likely end up being my junior year GPA.
Rank: As of the end of Sophomore year, 99 out of 399 (Barely in the top 25%)

EC (Assuming I'll be a part of these Senior Yr too):

NHS (Junior)

Math Honor Society (Sophomore - Junior)

Science Honor Society (Junior)

Class Officer (Freshman - Junior; Secretary all three years, elected position)

Key Club (Freshman - Junior; Service Club)

Gay Straight Alliance (Junior)

Debate & Forensics (Freshman - Junior )

Youth Rec League Basketball Coach (Freshman - Junior; This year our team won the league championship if that counts for anything...)

School Newspaper (Sophomore - Junior ; Currently Web Editor, most likely getting Co-Editor in Chief for Senior Yr. Also our school is one of two VA schools to get national recognition in my Junior Yr)

APs (Including Planned APs):

World History (3, Sophomore)

Calc BC (Junior)

US History (Junior)

Psychology (Junior)

Courses for Senior Year: AP Government, AP Language, AP Statistics, AP Computer Science, Newspaper III, Physics, Multivariable Calculus (Counts as an Honors class)

Notes: Not sure what I'm planning on majoring in. Some of my majors will depend on what school I get into, so if it's possible to take into account the competitiveness of the department of studies in each college that'd be great! Also, my AP Calculus BC class is the class that's holding me down this year with constant B's. I was in Calculus AB in the beginning of the year but my teacher recommended I move up to BC, so I did. I haven't been able to adapt to the teaching style of my BC teacher and thought I would be able to adapt but I haven't realized that I would need outside help until it was too late and now it's the fourth quarter, would this be something I would be able to explain in 'additional information' on the common app? Other than that, my grades for this year have been generally A's. I'm also planning on taking the SAT for a third time and taking the ACT senior year.

Schools I'm looking at

Johns Hopkins
Carnegie Mellon University
University of Virginia (College of Arts and Sciences)
Northwestern (Journalism)
William and Mary
Rochester Institute of Technology
UC Berkeley (Computer Science)
University of Maryland (Journalism, maybe)
University of Illinois - Urbana Champaign (Computer Science, my first cousin went there for undergrad and became a multimillionaire alum if that would somehow help in admissions)
University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill
Virginia Tech
Penn State
Syracuse

I'd be really happy to hear feedback on if any of those colleges are out of reach or what some things I should improve on are.

UNC is probably a reach since you are out of state, GPA and amount of AP’s are pretty low
