As a high school student I finished in the top 25% of my class at a large and pretty competitive high school.
I had a 3.4ish gpa with an 1210/1600SAT ( I went through some personal problems that I believe prevented me from living up to my potential)
I was president of my class three consecutive years, involved with a couple other clubs and a member of the national honor society.
I had a part time job, had extensive volunteer hours with school/community.
Great recomendations from school/church and was given a community service award by a local legislator at the end of senior year.

At a local community college (Top 15 CC in the country) I have raised my GPA to a 3.84 and was elected to serve on the executive board of the student government while being an active member of the Political Science Club. I work part-time and continue to volunteer.

I'm attracted to the academics, jesuit faith, and oppurtunities at Holy Cross...I will visit and interview on campus prior to applying.

So do i have a chance at gaining admissions as a junior polysci major?
