I am curently starting my 12th grade in Romania and I would love to go to college in the States. I will take the SAT in October and the Toefl in September.I am not that good at math but I can get a pretty good grade in english, I have done lots of volunteering and I am in the top tenth of my class. I got the chance to translate a book from english to romanian but other than that nothing too great... Unfortunately, I can not afford to pay the tuition, not even a part of it so I also need a full scholarship. What do you think? What are my real , if I have any..?

Nobody can or will chance you unless you have SAT scores, grades, a list of the ECs. Please add that to this thread.
On another note, only a few colleges offer need-blind financial aid to students. All the other are either need-aware for each and every student or international students alone.

For example, Stanford is need-blind for the americans but need-aware for everyone else.

Above poster is right, you need a solid sat score and that’s just a part of the puzzle, your essays need to be top notch so make sure those are amazing. There are 6 colleges in the us that are need blind for everyone including internationals. I’ve list them below.

MIT
Harvard
Princeton
Yale
Dartmouth
Amherst

All these are extremely selective (<10%), my advice would be to find 2 or 3 that you like and hope for the best. Good luck.
