I was wondering how competitive I would be for admission at SMU, Northwestern, Rhodes, and Vanderbilt. Also, do you think there's any chance of scholarships? Any imput would be great, thanks!

I'd say you're in at Rhodes and SMU. You have a very good shot at Vandy and a solid chance at NU. What might you major in? That could make a big difference.

I'm thinking that I'll probably major in business, with a minor in Spanish. Right now, I'm not sure. I believe that I put undecided for my major. Is that going to hurt me?

I think you have a very good shot of getting into all of them. The only thing that could bring you down is the 590 in math, but I'm sure the colleges will overlook it and take the higher score (that's what they usually do). Good luck!
