I plan on having great essays and recs

So what do you think my chances are at Davidson, Bryn Mawr, Bucknell, Dickinson, Goucher??? Good....Okay....Bad????

Well I have already taken them quite a few times and I don't really want to worry about that anymore. I am sorry but I am not the prefect applicant who have a 2350. Taking them one more time will probably only raise my score a couple of points and I don't really see the point in that. The test is suposed to access you current academic level and any more retakes will just access how good I am at memorizing stategies and loop wholes. So could you please access my chances at the schools I listed with my current stats. Thanks

your extra carriculars seem very average. some school look at lists of ecs and just ignore the application because its just another average overachiever. make something STAND OUT.

Don't hope too much for weighted GPA b/c most colleges standardize everything and look at unweighted more. Your APs, however, show initiative...you challenge yourself..that's good. I hope you did well.

Your SAT and ACT scores are not the cream crop, but they are are not terrible either. I know of someone who had a 1100 on SAT back in the day and now he is at Stanford, earning a master's degree in mathematics. Most colleges also like to see some SAT IIs, which are often not required, but give a nice little finish to an application, because they can portray your success in college in a specific field more accurately.

Some other good things: first gen college student...good stuff and a decent (if not good) rank.
