Chances at Boston College

I am a junior at a competitive, top 200 public high school in Massachusetts

I am wondering about my chances at BC

GPA: 3.7W, unsure about unweighted
ACT: 26 (planning on taking it 2 more times to get the score up, this was the first time I took it)

Sophomore year I had a 3.5 GPA due to moving (freshman year was around a 3.8 and my current GPA for my second semester of junior year is a 4.3, overall for Junior Year is 3.9)

Have taken all honors and 1 AP, taking 3 APs senior year

ECs:
-Varsity swimming
-NHS
-Service trips in Cambodia (housebuilding, etc)
-Planning on founding Global Community Volunteer Service Club
-Camp Counselor in the summer
-Tutor once a week
-Plan on lifeguarding

Something to set me apart, I was born in Boston but I lived in Singapore for most of my childhood and attended a private American school up through my freshman year of high school. Sophomore year of high school I repatriated (my essay will probably be about the impact of being a third culture kid had on my life.)

Getting a LOR from my math teacher (we get along well, he went to Harvard for grad school)
My mom went to BC for graduate school so hoping that legacy will have an impact.

Major: Thinking about possibly majoring in biology/biochem (something to get me into medicine)
Minor: Chinese

You would need a minimum 30 on the ACT to be in the running. Mom being a grad school alum will not likely count as a legacy. 3.7 weighted is also on the low side. BC is a reach.
