why do u want to go to boston?
boston sucks
no offense
lol
u can do better

why did you say honestly no can you please back up your reasons? thats so rude just making a person feel so crummy like that without any substantial information...at least tell me why

My scores are roughly a little below Sexy(heh), and I think I have a decent shot at it. As for Steph, I'd look towards Ivies if I were you. I did ED to Boston because I know I don't have a prayer at an Ivy, but BU seems to be in my ballpark.

Boston is one of the most gorgeous cities. I've been to NYC and Philly, Shanghai and Tokyo and Boston beats them hands-down.

Clean air, everyday, blue sky, so much green grass. Distinguished old brick buildings, rambling roads, the tenacious ivy, the lovely little coffeeshops and art stores along the way. Lovely public transportation and the World Series winners.

Yes. I am a Bostonian. Red Sox Red!!

My dad works at BU as a professor, and I adore Boston, so yep, BU.

yo u think ur dad can get me in?
connections?!
thanks!

sorry--he's even making ME work for it. The spoilport. :(

Ivies? Hah! Its not surviving if i get into one, its about actually getting in. My SAT scores are too low for that. However, I am applying to Penn State, and U of Rochester. Does anyone know of any really good science schools with premed programs?

hello "sexy123" you never responded to my question

jenny- assuming that all of your grades are 1 credit, your unweighted gpa is
freshman-3.07
sophomore-3.67
junior-3.67
senior-3.13

So, as long as your essay(s) was really good as well as your recs, I think you have a chance for acceptance. ED probably helps.

Sexy, why do you say Boston sucks if you want to get in so badly?

(so that there are less applicants for her to compete with)

hahaha, BU is no doubt a pretty good school...plus, Boston is a cool town. And being only 2 minutes from Fenway, hell, that's a plus :D

I’m currently the Senior Class President at a top 100 nationally ranked high school.
I screwed up my freshman and sophomore year because I had my priorities out of order with my mom’s cancer and whatnot - cliche, but just being honest!
I currently have a 3.4 w gpa, 1870 on SATs, 610 on Spanish subject test
Current EC’s:
-Overall Choir Officer
-Powderpuff Chairperson
-Senior Class President
-Walton Ambassador
-Spanish Honors Society
-Presidential Volunteer Service Award

Do you think I have a chance at BU?

^

what school r u applyin to?

that makes a diff

i have similar SAT and subjects but im retaking SAT in jan

gpa is kinda low

College of Arts & Sciences
