My current SAT superscore is (CR: 660, W: 720, M: 780) and I'm took SAT II french, math II and literature.
I think I will get +700 for math and french.

I'm an IB student and my cumulative GPA is 3.56, current senior GPA: 3.89. I'm trying to pull it up to 4.0.

My essay is not bad, many teachers and friends have said its good but I think it is not great.
Recommendation letters are good; they are unique and tell about me (according to the counselor)
My ECs are good compared to students in my school. A lot of leadership, service, and sports. For example, vice president of school, NHS, Swim Team Captain, Green Team leader, Founder and Leader of Orphanage Volunteering, etc...

I've gotten a lot of awards i.e., French Delf B2, High Honor Rolls (all school year), Excellence Award in French, Presidential Award, Swim medals (4 gold, 1 silver), etc...

I need a lot of financial aid or scholarship because my parents can only pay 20k maximum.

I've currently applied to some universities, mostly safe and meet schools for early action (Colorado, Depauw, Kalamazoo, Dickinson, and Tulane). I applied to one reach school (CMC) for early decision.
And I'm planning on major in Economics and minor in either Business or International Relations.

Your GPA for both Carleton and Middlebury are very low. These two are very selective LACs, and as you sad
. "not bad"essays won’t be enough either. Is it unweighted?
CMC and CC are out of reach if that GPA is unweighted. Tulane is a match

Both are still going to be reaches, so your odds are, at best, 1 in 10. Same thing for CMC.
Coloroda Boulder in state, or Colorado College?
DePauw is the odd one out in terms of vibe, but it’d be a safety.
Dickinson is a match, Kalamazoo a low match to safety, Tulane a high match.
Have you run the Net Price Calculators on each and were the results within budget for each?
Which is your in-state school?

paul2752 its UW.
MYOS1634: I’m an international student living in Africa. It’s Colorado College. Should I try or do i simply don’t have a chance?

Since you’re living abroad: have you read the Fiske Guide (or another guide) about these colleges? they’re quite different - I have a hard time thinking you would be comfortable at both Kalamazoo and DePauw, for instance, since their culture is opposite.
You can always apply to either or both, but once the application’s been sent, forget about them and focus on your “real” universities, where you have better odds.
In addition, if you apply as an international who needs a lot of aid, you should review your list a little, unless you already have a safety in your home country that you’re fine going to, and you’re fine telling your friends you’ve been rejected everywhere (it’s very, very hard to do), because you don’t have any safety as an international.

MYOS1634: Could you recommend me some Match Colleges in Liberal Arts Colleges?

Also, I don’t get what you mean by “review your list a little”. I’m from Korea and it is extremely difficult (hard as going to IVY) getting accepted.

what he means is rhat you need to revise your college list if you need any aids. those schools will most likely reject you if you need a lot of money, and there are few to no colleges that will give you either need or merit based aid with your stats.

ah thank you for the clarification paul! could you recommend me some schools (esp among liberal arts colleges) that will give me financial aid?
