<p>Asian-American male from the SF Bay Area. Currently considering Civil Engineering, but am willing to go undeclared and change majors if engineering's not feasible.</p>

<p>Tough call, it could go either way. Your test scores are great, your ECs are fine but your grades are sub-par for UCI. Be sure to apply elsewhere.

<p>UCI has more of a tendency to accept lower test scores with higher GPA than the other way around.</p>
