<p>Hi everyone, I am a Nigerian currently trying to transfer to Cornell to study Economics. I graduated from like the best school in West Africa, with a GPA of 3.0 (which may not be too good for Cornell I guess), but I had a lot of extra curriculars, and I currently have a GPA of 4.5 out 0f 5.0 which is a first class, but heres the really messed up part, I had a 1640 in the SATs.I have 2 recommendation letters, but one was written in the past. Do I stand a chance of transferring to read Economics?</p>

Just keep in mind that it’s hard for everyone to get into Cornell and the rest of the Ivies and keep your head up no matter what happens :)</p>
