Chances at CUNY

<p>I'm an ESL student I came to America right before 10th grade. I'm going to be a senior now, and I'm wondering about my college chances. I got 23 on my ACT (no writing). I have about a 90 average (started with 84 at my first semester and now I got a 93). What are my chances at Baruch and other CUNY schools?</p>
