I really want to go to Duke and I know they have a really good BME program but idk if i should apply as a BME major through Pratt or as a biology/chem major through Trinity. Are my chances better for one or the other??? If so, I wanna go to that one for a semester then see if I like my major or want to switch out to the other school. I have a slight preference for BME just bc the program is so amazing but I’m honestly not sure if I wanna study biology, chem, or BME and I want to maximize my chances of acceptance! I’m also submitting an art supplement and I want to continue pursuing art maybe as a minor in college so does that mean the supplement will better help my chances at Trinity since Pratt applicants are highly specialized in STEM? Is Pratt more self- selective bc the pool of applicants is smaller with higher averages? Are students well rounded in liberal arts more likely to get accepted into Trinity?
