I’m also applying to Lehigh ED for engineering (albeit BioE), but nevertheless I’ll go item by item and then give you my opinion as to your general chances.

First of all, your SATs are decent. Your math is excellent and so is your writing. However, Lehigh only looks at Math and CR, so unfortunately that writing score will be overlooked. As far as your CR score goes, it is low. This may hurt you, but your math score will be a nice bonus for a P.C. Rossin applicant.

Your GPA is great! Your weighted seems a bit low though - my weighted GPA is 5 points higher than yours but my unweighted is 2 points lower - so I’m guessing your school weights oddly. Anyway, you obviously have good grades, which is one of the most important aspects - good job!

It’s a great thing that you have taken so many high level classes! Lehigh definitely looks favorably on a rigorous schedule. It shows them so much more than anything else, in my opinion, because it allows them to see your level of motivation, drive, work ethic, etc. So, by taking several AP or honors classes, they can see just how much you put into your schoolwork. Again, good job.

Finally, your ECs look good but I have no clue how involved you are. Assuming you are very involved and have some leadership positions than your fine in this regard. If not, write an awesome EC essay!

One of the best things you can do is show interest, which you did. I would recommend that you continue to show interest, even though its really coming down to the wire!

Overall, I’d say you have a good chance of getting in, and applying ED certainly helps.

Best luck,
