Chances at Fordham, NYU, Barnard, Brown & others

Hi, so I'm a Junior as of the 2010-2011 school year. I’m female and Caucasian. I’ll be a first generation college student.

Colleges:
Fordham University (my first choice.. should I apply Early Action? .. its non binding)
New York University (NYU)
Brown University
Barnard College
St. John’s University (in N.Y.)
Iona College
Pace University (as a safety)
Macaulay Honors College (City University of New York Honors College)

I might consider applying to Cornell, Dartmouth, and Yale (I would apply to Columbia but I’m applying to Barnard and I was told not to apply to both) if my SAT scores are close to 2100 or higher.

I attend Midwood High School in Brooklyn (you can search it on Google). It's arguably the best (at least one of the best) public high school in Brooklyn/New York City after the Specialized High Schools (such as Brooklyn Tech and Stuyvesant).

Rank: Top 5% of my class.. possibly higher (don't know exactly my rank yet)

GPA: 95/100 unweighted, 96/100 weighted (I converted it from the scale)

APs: Junior Year- AP United States History, AP Psychology
Senior Year- AP English, AP Government, AP Economics (and maybe AP Statistics)

Honors: Honors Geometry, Honors Integrated Algebra 2/Trigonometry, Honors English 1/2, Honors English 3/4, Honors Creative Writing, Honors Chemistry, Honors Living Environment (Biology), Honors Latin 1/2

Academic Record:
Foreign Language- 5 years
Math- 4 years (possibly 5)
English- 5 years
Science- 4 years
History/Social Studies- 7 years
Art/Music- 1 year (requirement of one semester of each)

Almost all of my classes were Honors since Freshmen year (with the exception of high school classes I took in 8th grade which I got credit for and electives which were apart of a special program I'm in) and my school only offers (for the most part) APs to Juniors and Seniors. There's also a limit of three APs for Juniors, and four/five APs for Seniors. I'm also only allowed to take seven classes per term.

I took the SAT in December (I know, rather early) and got a 1970.
660 in Critical Reading
620 in Math
690 in Writing
I’m going to take the SAT two more times and plan to get a 2100 or something very close to it.

I want to major in Political Science with a double minor in Psychology and Creative Writing. I’m considering going to Law School.

And are they any other colleges you suggest? I prefer private and/or Catholic colleges over public ones, but I’ll look at anything. And I would also like to stay within New York City or the surrounding suburbs.
