<p>I was wondering if any one could chance me for George Mason University?</p>

<p>I have a 2.98 uw GPA and a 3.1 w GPA (I really screwed up my 9th, and 10th grade year but there's a definite upward trend in my junior and first semester senior year grades)
my SAT scores are:
660 cr
610 math
640 writing
act score:
28</p>

<p>My extracurriculars:
Editor for the School Newspaper
Varsity Water polo
Swim Team
Team Leader of Freshman Mentoring Program
Volunteer art teacher at local elementary school
city exchange program participant</p>

<p>I applied and was accepted to GMU...I had a 580 Math, 700 CR, and 670 W and the only extracurricular activity I had was Gov't Club. I think my GPA was like a 3.75 at the end of junior year. You had a bunch of extracurriculars and pretty good SAT scores. I am currently a freshman at VT and I'm kinda wishing I had gone to GMU instead. I am from Northern VA and 4 hours is just too far to be away from the family. But yea good luck to you, I think you have a pretty good shot. Hope that helps.</p>
