You look like a standard applicant to me.
Princeton, Georgetown, Brown, John Hopkins, Columbia, UChicago are definitely going to be very hard for you to get in.
Most of these will be reaches for you, as sad as it may seem.
Analysis:
Grades and courses: Decent/average grades, but hard courses - typical applicant
ACT: Currently low, at least 33-34 if you want to think about those colleges I listed above.
ECs: Weak. No captain, not much dedication, no awards
Good luck! I might sound rude, but I am comparing you for the best of the best. You have a good application; Top colleges are just very selective.

Even with a 32 Georgetown, JHU, Brown, Columbia, Princeton and UChicago will be hard for you to get in. At least a 33 is needed more likely probably a 34+ would be ideal. UVA, NYU and Carnegie mellon a 32 might suffice but really aim as high as you can. Ohio state, American and GW I think you would get into now if nothing else changed. Your GPA is solid for them. If you’re really interested in American make sure that you show interest in them they want to admit kids who want to be there. Your ECs are average they won’t help you, but for the most part they shouldn’t hurt you too much unless it’s a borderline case then they would hurt you. Overall if you can score a 33+ you would open more doors for yourself, but that is easier said than done. Study hard! Best of luck to you!
