<p>I promised myself as a Junior that I would never post here, but I'm applying now, and, well, things have changed.</p>

<p>gpa: 9.11/12 unweighted (very competitive independent school but I'm aware that this is low) Junior and Senior year are all A's but Fresh and Soph were a mix of A's and B's (Heavy on the B's). Our school doesn't rank and I'm very thankful for that.
Very rigorous course load. Will have completed 8 ap classes by the end of this year (Passed 10 Exams)</p>

SAT II: (Math II 800) (Lit 720) I know Gtown requires 3. I'm taking another in January. Will send it if I get deferred.</p>

<p>Varsity/Club Swimmer all four years. Captain this year. Coaches Award Last year. All-county last year. State qualifier all 4 years. State finalist last year.</p>
<p>EXTRA CURRICS</p>
<p>President and Founder of Political Action Club (Only in 12th grade though)
I founded this because our school didn't have a political club in election year. Made this clear in app. Wanted to avoid "Resume Padding" perception.</p>
<p>VOLUNTEER</p>
<p>Overtown Youth Center Tutor (10th, 11th)
Breakthrough Miami Swim Instructor (11th, 12th)
St. Judes Research Center Triathlon Team Captain (all four years) Organized three teams consisting of fellow students each year. Have raised $15,000. The Hospital presented our school with a Plaque on my behalf. My relay won entire event.</p>
<p>WORK</p>
<p>Lifeguard at my school's Summercamp (Summer after 11th)
Started small unnoficial business with two other swimming friends. We lifeguard Private Parties. (11th, 12th)</p>
<p>OTHER</p>
<p>Legacy: My mom and my grandfather (mom's side) both went to Georgetown. Grandfather went to the Medical School though. </p>
<p>Our District Representative is also calling Gtown on my behalf.</p>
