Chances at getting into WVU?

<p>I'm a Jewish girl, my GPA is a 2.99 and I have a 1430 on my SAT (920 on Math/Critical Reading), and I'm taking the ACT next month.</p>

<p>I know the admission requirements for out of state undergrad applicants says you need to have at least a 21 on the ACT and a 990 on the two-part SAT, but I know a friend of mine who got accepted with a 19 on her ACT, so she said it's not really, so to speak, "accurate."</p>

<p>Perhaps that friend that got accepted with a 19 on the ACT was full-pay at WVU. If you’re going full-pay at WVU then you might have a chance.</p>
