College's I'm thinking of:

UC Berkeley
UC San Diego
UCLA
UPenn
Columbia
Georgetown (SFS)
and of course HYPS

What are my chances? One specific question is whether my SAT is good enough at this point. I've only taken it once (got results this morning), and I'm really debating whether I should retake in June or not.

Thanks everyone.

Penn, Columbia and Gtown are reaches, UCs are matches for you (in-state), HYPS are all big reaches.

Meh, G-town, Penn, and Cornell are reaches

UCs match

HYPS are all far reaches

As far as HYPS and the Ivies...

I hope you have better ECs than you listed, if not you're sunk...

200+ service hours is common at ivies and everyone and their mother does violin. Being an Eagle Scout is impressive, but for some reason, colleges don't seem to hold it in very high esteem (you don't see ANY Eagle Scouts gaining admissions to schools on that basis alone). I don't mean to be harsh but the ivies are huge reaches. Perhaps you should make a more balanced application list.

For the UCs (with the exception of UCLA and Berkeley) I'd say you are a match stat-wise. UCLA and Berkeley are reaches.

Aatif:

UCB/UCLA: Match
UCSD: Safe Match
