Reach Schools: Johns Hopkins, Georgetown, Tufts
Match: University of Rochester, Emory, Boston College
Safety: University of Virginia

What are my chances at my reach schools? Do I have a better chance if I apply early?

SAT is too low for reaches. Try to get it up to 1450-1500+ for a decent chance at your reaches. Good luck!

@abbyg983
Do you have any hooks?? If not…

Johns Hopkins- High Reach
Georgetown- High Reach
Tufts- Reach
University of Rochester- High Match
Emory- High Reach
Boston College- Reach
University of Virginia- Reach
Emory has the highest SAT avg on your list.

JHU, Georgetown, Tufts- High Reach

Emory, UVA- Reach

BC, Rochester- Match

what do you think a good safety school would be for me? I’m not totally sure what a hook is, but this summer I participated in a STEM program at Cooper Union and Professor Dell is writing me a rec letter
