Chances at Johns Hopkins, Williams, Swarthmore, UPenn?

(first time poster, longtime browser)
Hey guys, I know you deal with a lot of "chances at so-and-so college," but it's just such a big curiousity!

Here are some stats:

GPA: 4.35/5 weighted, 3.85 unweighted
Rank: top 10%
Classes: Frosh-Honors everything, 3 B's (Bio, World History, English), B+ (Geo), A- (French)
Soph-English H-A
Chem H-B+
French H-A
History AE-B+
Algebra II H-A-
Junior-GRADES TBD; AP Chem and Bio, H English, Trig, and French, and AE US Hist

I kind of slacked off on history. :/ BTW I am a rising junior! (poop worst year, as people tell me)

SAT-2300
SAT Bio-750
SAT Math I-750
SAT Math II-780
EC: Violin-10 years, BYSO (VERY prestigious orchestra) top level 2 years, Senior Districts 2 years and All states 2 years
Art-7 years, 3 Gold Key Awards (scholastic art awards for states)
Clubs: French Club, 3 years, leader for 2 years
Science Club, 4 years, on state team for 2 years (won gold nationally), regional captain 1 year
Volunteering: Hospital-30 Hours
Library-60 Hours
United Way Charity-30 hours

I plan to be a National Merit Scholar semifinalist or finalist (fingers crossed!) and write a butt-kicking essay. I will also push myself to maintain my weighted GPA or try to get it into the 4.4 region.

I realize my academic profile kinda sucks because of those B's and the lack of Honors US History. And I'm not SPECTACULAR in any way -.- (I'm working on that...)

Also, do you guys have any advice on attaining quality teacher recommendations?

Thanks a bunch!
