Both my common app and supplemental essays are excellent, and have been reviewed by professionals. LOR’s should also be great, particularly my counselor letter.

Note: I know Leavey is harder to get into at SCU, but I also have an interest in communications, so if I am deferred, I will ask for consideration in CAS. If you could chance me for both, that’d be great.

Update: deferred from business for EA but did ask for consideration in arts and sciences for the RD round if not admitted to business.

There are no guarantees to any admission - colleges are always looking for different qualifications every year. That being said, you are also vying for a spot in one of the more difficult schools at SCU to get into. The stats posted on the admissions page should give you a rough idea as to your chances of admission; your supplements, however, would be the underlying factor in increasing your chances at SCU. Therefore, if you feel like you did your best on your supplements, that is the best you can hope for. You cannot ask anyone else besides SCU’s admissions for a different answer (although I personally prayed a lot during my time waiting.) However, if you do have any questions regarding about SCU’s business program or communication program (double majoring in both, what do you know?), I’ll be certainly happy to help you out to the best of my abilities.
