any other midwestern or south universities you think would be appropriate?

27 ACT with a 3.4 GPA is not going to offer you a lot of hope for U Wisconcin (Madison), and U of Minnesota may also present a challenge. You seem to be on target for Marquette. The rest of the schools should offer you a solid chance for positive admission outcomes.

Agree with hinsdale. Purdue and Michigan State might be worth a look. Best of luck!

Indiana U is an excellent school as well. It may present a challenging admission for you but is worth exploring, and you have a shot. I also agree with Poi ^ that Purdue and Michigan State are excellent schools that are worth a look for you. Miami of Ohio is also a well respected midwest school in your target range.

any specific feedback on U of Tulsa or OU? is there any schools you could recommend in the south?

^Beyond general familiarity with selectiveness, score ranges, I have very little insight into either U Tulsa or Oklahoma U. Your best bet would be to visit their individual sub-forums in the colleges section here on CC, where you are likely to find a wealth of specific feedback.

I think Tulane is an excellent southern school, but would likely be a low reach for you. Your limited description seems to offer relatively solid EC’s so it would likely be worth exploring.

If you have a field of interest already, this can also be an important consideration when attempting to search for good matches.

Alabama, Auburn, Tennessee (Knoxville) and South Carolina might be worth a look too. There is also Clemson but their admissions may be along the lines of Minnesota. Best of luck!
