<p>I go to a public school in Northern California. My dream school is Northeastern in Boston and I will probably apply early action.
I am a junior.</p>

<p>I took english 100, calc, and chem at a community college. </p>

Attended National Youth Leadership Conference
300 hrs. community service
work-experience at hotel
Intern at pharmacy
I am in Best Buddies, Peer Leaders, Interact Club, Started a club at school to help raise money for different organizations
Principal's Star Award- 2 years
AVID tutor
President of club I started. </p>

<p>My class rank is 45 out of 770.
My ACT score was 27. (I am afraid it is going to hurt me A LOT). </p>

<p>I AM APPLYING FOR PHARMACY.</p>

<p>I was going to say you are in until I saw it says pharmacy. OOH BOOOY. I dont know how competitive pharmacy is but from my experience almost all 6 year programs are.</p>

<p>Pharmacy is going to be very very comptetive, and I agree your ACT seems low for most great schools, i am not sure where northeastern ranks, but id say ACT hinders you. That said go to collegeboard.com they give you all the stats of applicant pool 2007. Create an account and go to the college search and have fun.</p>

<p>I know someone who got a 27 on their ACT's and got in. Your fine.</p>

<p>Good chances now, great chances if you can raise your ACT score by three points or so. If not though, don't be discouraged you still have a strong shot! </p>

<p>A kid at my school got in and got a scholarship from Northeastern for pharmacy. His grades and classes aren't as good as yours. I'd say you're pretty much definitely in.</p>

yea northeastern's pharmacy program is really tough to get into....well that's what I've heard...its definitely highly ranked
but you have the stats to get in
