plan on journalism workshop/internship for summer 05

thinking of applying to NYU, BU [sister goes there], GWU, Lehigh, Drexel, Northeastern...and SUNYs...matches/safeties/reaches???

You didn't "bomb" your SATs. With your current grades and scores, I would say that all your schools are matches except for NYU. If you really like NYU or any other college on your list, then apply ED. I know that ED really helps for GW, NYU, BU, and Lehigh.

If you get your SAT and class rank up(+100 pts. and aim for top 10% of class), you are in everywhere.

Yep. I'd say you're probably into all of them except NYU, and you still have a really good chance there.

Was AP world history hard?

If you want to major in journalism, there are only a few schools that offer undergraduate courses. It's been discussed in several threads as to which offer the best courses. Quickly, Northwestern, Missouri, Georgia, Syracuse, BU, for starters. You're also good at all the SUNYs.

AP world is a really good course in my opinion...take it only if you like history though

and thanks for the feedback guys
