Chances at NYU, Carnegie Mellon, and Michigan Ann Arbor? I'll chance back! :)

Hi, I'm a senior and just applied to Carnegie Mellon, NYU (ED2), and Michigan Ann Arbor for a double major in Comp. Sci and Marketing Management... here are my stats (lived in Canada and US):

GPA in Canada: took mostly "Canadian honors"
Grade 9 CAN: 70
Grade 10 CAN: 78.7
Grade 11 CAN: 90.9

Now things get interesting; I got kicked out of Canada. Apparently they had too many immigrants, and had a “congestion” in the Immigration Department. ing ***s. So I repeated a year of high school in the US (Junior year) so that I can have time to take AP classes (No AP in my CAN High school) and adjust to a whole new system.

GPA in US: High school ranking: 101st in the nation, 21st in NY; ranked by USNews.
Grade 11 US: 93.9 (with 4 AP (USH, Bio, Lang. Comp., Psych) and 1 Honors (AP Calc)
Grade 12 US (so far): 94.4 (with 4 AP (Calc BC, Stats, Lit. Comp., Econ, and Chem)

AP Scores:
USH: 4
Bio: 5
Lang.: 5
Psych.: 5

SAT Scores: 2330
Math: 780, Writing: 800, CR: 750 (Superscore, 2 sittings)

SAT Subject Tests:
Math 2C: 800
Bio M: 800
USH: 780
Korean w. Listening: 800

Extracurriculars (nothing outstanding):
In Canada:
Swim Team in Grades 10, 11 - no significant achievements other than making WOSSAA
Vice President of Marketing of SnowCap, a Junior Achievement Company
40-Hour Walk-a-thon across Quebec City and Montrealto raise awareness for war and children

In the US:
Co-started an online charity fund for water in Africa
Senior: Founder of a club that deals with providing water in Africa

Essay: talked about having lived in 4 countries and getting kicked out of Canada, and finally ending up in the US (talked about the different cultural experiences, life-altering experience in Canada, and all that)

Letters of Rec: 2 from my teachers, one a PhD in Biology + 1 from counselor

So what do you think? I'm not the strongest student, my GPA is weak and my ECs are also pretty weak. Anyhow, how do you think I stack up against others in NYU, Michigan, and Carnegie Mellon? Thanks for your time.

Match for all. GL
