I'm currently a junior.

GPA - 3.6 W
I'm not sure about my UW GPA.

Rank - The exact rank, I'm not sure of, but I'm in the top 25%

SAT I - 2100

SAT II - none yet.

I'm taking the hardest courseload available and will graduate with the completion of 11 AP's and the only Honors course available.

EC - JV Soccer (9), Fall Theatre Production Costume Designer (9), Indoor Soccer League (10), School of the Arts (9), Model UN (10), Rams & Lambs [(tutoring) 10-11)], Key Club (11), New Horizon's Governor's School (11), Peer Partners (11), NHGS Student Advisory Board (11), and clarinet for 6 years.

I'm applying for the National Honor Society in March. I have work experience as a youth intern, community service hours with the Red Cross, and I'll graduate with the honor's program seal for the school division.

I'm looking into NYU, UVA, W&M, and possibly USC. What are my chances?
Thanks!

NYU - Good shot
UVA and W&M - Kinda reachy. Both schools are much more selective for out of state kids than in state kids. You'd give yourself a real boost if you can get good SATII scores and lots of 4s and 5s on your AP exams. On the other hand, if you're in state, you stand a pretty good chance at both schools.
USC - Match

Yeah, I live in VA so I'd be in-state for UVA and W&M.

BUMP!

If you could also give suggestions on good matches, that would be great..

Sure. Here's a list:

Macalester
Davidson
Colby
Colgate
Brandeis
Oberlin
Bates
Tulane
Hamilton
Grinnell
Bard
Wake Forest
U of C Berkley
Kenyon
Connecticut College
Boston College
University of Richmond
Univ. of Rochester
Lehigh
Case Western
University of Michigan
Trinity
Bucknell

The list runs from somewhat reachy matches on top to safer matches on the bottom. The list is all over the place when it comes to size, location, environment, politics, etc. A bit of a laundry list, but I think you'll probably find four or five you'll like. Oh, I should mention that NYU, W&M, USC, and UVA would have been on this list. I took 'em off because we already mentioned 'em.

Thanks, you're a big help.

... anyone else?

well if youre in state, consider UVA and W&M matches

good shot at NYU, possible for USC

Thanks.

What else can I do to increase my chances?

I think I'm lacking things to write under the awards.

ANYONE. please pitch in your opinion.

check out GWU in DC...good match with your stats.

I will do that. Thanks.
