Chances at Pitt Main Campus?

<p>Next year I'll be a senior and I'm beginning to apply to colleges. My first choice is Pitt Main where I also got a special status offer with priority consideration for the honors college, scholarships, and guaranteed admission to graduate programs. I received the offer in May and applied in June (all app materials were submitted by July 1st). They said that I will be one of the first students that they review for admission in early August. </p>

<p>I applied for the School of Arts and Sciences with a possible major (which might change) in Physical Therapy. I have one letter of recommendation and completed the 3 essays that were on the online application. My other information is as follows.</p>

<p>Weighted GPA: 4.0
Unweighted GPA: 3.875
ACT Composite: 25
ACT English: 27
ACT Math: 25
ACT Reading: 22
ACT Science: 24
ACT Writing: 9</p>

<p>I'm taking all AP or CHS classes my senior year so my course rigor should be good. All of my AP/ CHS classes that I will have completed by the end of high school include:
AP Calculus AB
AP Biology
AP English Lang. & Comp.
AP English Lit. & Comp
AP Government
CHS Statistics
CHS Visual Basic
CHS Dig. Photography
CHS Graphic Design</p>

<p>So what do you think my chances are at Pitt Main Campus with my special status application and having applied at the end of June? Thanks!</p>

<p>Thanks! Also, do you know if the School of Arts and Sciences is easier to get into than other schools such as the School of Engineering or Nursing? I’m not sure because someone told me that many applicants get accepted to Arts and Sciences after getting wait listed or deferred from other programs.</p>
