Male, 97 GPA, 2 in class of 330, SAT 2190, ACT 34, SAT 2's 800, 760, 710. Many AP courses, all 5's. Class officer, All area Band member, started a small business on internet, 2 sport athlete including caption and Quarterback of football team. Some volunteer work, including peer leadership roles. Worked for our town helping youths learn proper athletic training techniques(weightlifting), this was a paid position. National merit semi finalist, should get very good letters of recognition. received NY State Scholars scholarship for highest regents scores in my school. Any thoughts?

could you clarify the following items so I can assess more accurately:

-what were the section [CR, WRI, Math] scores for the SAT
-in which subjects were the SAT2 scores you listed
-which AP's have you taken [I know you might think "many" means something, but in my experience most students at Princeton took more than high school students think]

these clarifications are important as the numbers can be considerably less beneficial if they demonstrate lopsidedness: for instance, if all of your AP's and highest scores were in math and science -- well, most of college [for everyone except engineers in their junior/senior years] is essay writing.

anyway, feel free to email me with more details [nhopkins@princeton.edu] or catch me on AIM [verliebtinadorno] or questions. your scores/activities won't be enough to get you in, so let me know if you want me to look over your essays. I'm Pton '09.
