Chances at Purdue Aerospace Engineering?

I’m an incoming high school senior in california
3.5 UW GPA
3.85 W GPA

  • took AP Bio, AP world, APUSH, AP chem, and AP Lang. I’m taking ap stats, calc bc, physics 1 and 2, and econ my senior year
    32 on the ACT
    ECs - Eagle Scout, Varsity Letters in Track and Cross Country, active member in Interact Club, and I’ve been participating in an 8 week long research internship at the MAE Department at UCLA.

Do I stand a chance at getting into Aerospace Engineering at Purdue? Also, how is Purdue with financial aid - I really want to go there but i don’t know if my parents will be able to afford the high out of state tuiton.

As usual, needed based aids for OOS students is very limited if any. They do have good merit scholarships but you are not likely to get them with your stat.

I would agree with billchsho, you have a very good chance at gaining admission. However very unlikely to receive much if any merit aid from Purdue. And their OOS COA is very high.
