Stanford: Reach
UCSD: Match
CPSLO: Reach
Harvey Mudd: Match/Low Reach
I think stats wise you are fine, it’s just your ECs which seem to lack leadership positions/depth. However, your academic profile stands you in good stead. Maybe get the ACT up a point or two higher?
Chance back at the following two threads? Much appreciated- they’re kinda long but I’d really love the feedback.
Harvey Mudd: Low Reach-Reach
UCSD/SLO: Match-High Match
EC’s contribute little to your admission chances at SLO. GPA/Test scores and HS rigor are what is important.
I agree EC’s are not bad but nothing stands out. I hope you have more schools on your list like a few solid Match and safety schools.
Male or female? Your composite ACT and Math ACT are low for Mudd. The 25% mark for both the ACT composite and ACT math is 33. So your composite is low, and your math is way low.
Being Hispanic may help a little, and if you are female it would help. But Mudd is still a reach.
I agree with intparent. The match ACT score stood out to me as low for Mudd. You should try taking it again to raise that score. You also need to take the 2 SAT Subject tests (one must be Math Level 2, the other can be any subject).
